The series - When Nature Comes to Us - shows wild animals in iconic transport spaces of our world – places where millions of people travel every day, while nature unintentionally goes on a journey as well.
Global trade, tourism and transport are increasingly bringing animals to regions that are not their own – with far-reaching consequences for existing ecosystems.
Each work in the series is a silent allegory about movement, responsibility, and the invisible connections between humans and animals.

The series comprises 6 works – each with a limited edition of 20 copies worldwide.

Each Brandhoek work receives an original HAHNEMÜHLE certificate of authenticity and is additionally registered via VERISART, one of the leading international blockchain platforms for digital provenance.
