This edition was created out of the desire for Brandhoek to exist in many spaces .
Not as a style guideline.
Not as a loud pronouncement.
But as an attitude.

COZY depicts wild animals in calm, understated scenes that are deliberately open in design.
So that they can blend into different rooms and interiors – without losing their impact.
The images are not immediately obvious.
They take a seat without occupying it.

COZY does not stand for convenience, but for closeness without loss of dignity .
The animals are not staged and not tamed.
They rest from their own strength.

A lioness remains vigilant.
A lion lets go.
A panther is present without demanding space.
An Arctic fox appears delicate, yet is perfectly adapted.
The doe rests with alert serenity. The okapi is rare and reclusive.
